The aftermath of the END SARS protest of 2020 further confirmed the already known fact that Nigeria cannot continue to function with the current composition of old, inefficient, corrupt, and ignorant leaders that she currently has. Therefore, if the Nigerian nation must survive the next decade, there is an urgent need for credible youths with the right intellect, mindset, grit, brilliance, and skill to lead a diverse nation like Nigeria. To this end, we came together as youths to build a platform to raise the next generation of forthright and visionary leaders who will liberate Nigeria.
The purpose of NDYC is to be an umbrella body of Nigerian youths who reside in the diaspora to come together under one structure to tackle the challenges facing the Nigerian Nation. The challenges facing the Nigerian nation are diverse and only a coalition of strong, intelligent, and diverse Nigerian professionals and intellectuals stands the best chance of confronting and solving those challenges. NDYC provides a platform to make that possible.
